They trust the customers and accept them. Reg. my soundmagic es 18 earphones I ordered for 2 but, they deivered only one. On a single complaint they accepted and returned my amount.Before my first purchase my friends made a comment that Snapdeal is "Scrapdeal". No, it is not. It is the bestdeal, Snatchdeal. They should be ashamed of making such a comment after seeing my review. Secondly, reg . Transcend mp330, it is a small cute companion does all we want. Very handy, dynamic in sound. This is a nice product and battery backup is very good. Build quality is excellent. Those who bother about sound quality especially bass, you should buy separate headphone like Sony jbl

The product came well packed and much before the stipulated time. the mp3 player is fantastic in terms of sound quality and the display. Its quite easy to operate. The earphones are also rather comfortable. I read the previous reviews saying that they are large and don't fit too well but I didn't face any such issue. Perhaps, it may vary from person to person. But overall, its a great purchase.
