I use this insole in my badminton shoes. It provides very good cushion and absorbs the shocks to my feet. I would definitely recommend this.

Ordered Tynor Insole Full Silicon (Pair), size "small" for my wife, who is suffering from ankle pain. This type insole helps a lot to reduce pain while walking. She is using such type insole for past two year. earlier one is now getting old hence to be replaced. this new insole from tynor is perfect as per her feedback. really comfortable. this insole can be used inside a pumps shoe or any shoe.
