Order placed on 19th Dec Product delivered on 28th Dec Shipped thru BlueDart surface courier - 9 days lead time is OK considering shipment from Ludhiana. Product packing is not fine. Poor external polythene covering. Thermocol supporting the product was broken. The product picture looks pure white with bright purple plate near the thermostat. But actual product color is ivory with dull shade of purple. Product looks new but doesn't gives you the feel of untouched. Surprisingly there was no cables for water Inlet & outlet. You need to buy them separately. Power cable is a pretty short one. You need to have the power socket within a feet of geyser. Will write the second review after installation and using for a week. Hope this review will help in deciding your purchase.
