It's good smell and last long

I was recommended Versace Vanitas by one of my colleagues when I was asking suggestions for good perfumes to gift. However since Versace is an expensive brand I didn't think of buying it. However when I read the reviews online and got it at a price that was a steal, I decided to take a chance and buy it. And I am so glad I did. The delivery was very prompt. When I tried it soon after the product was delivered, my husband immediately turned and said "Wow, you smell so good". The next day I wore it to work and the colleague who recommended this perfume smelt it on me in the afternoon and commented "You smell like me on special occasions" which immediately put to rest all my fears of the product being fake. Since I am not very knowledgeable about fragrances, I cannot comment on the notes etc. All I can say is that it is a wonderful floral perfume that lasts long and I am sure I will buy another bottle once this one gets over :)

Dual notes. Base notes : Cedar with tonka bean, with a vanilla underneath. Second note that comes later is a refreshing freesia. But the memorable experience is the fresh lime that just stays on without being overt. You might not know but its there, right on you, overpowering every stupid smell around you without overpowering you. A daily wear that will never obtrude, addictive for the woman who loves to dominate without any effort to show she is in control.

Its Versace. What do you expect other than elegance and luxury. I have loved Versace perfumes n collected so many. Ordered this one. And its as I said, rich and luxurious. Its floral and its very feminine. I associate characteristics with perfumes. this one is for the chic and confident urban woman. that's what i associated with this Versace perfume and hence bought it :) The perfume is delicate and very apt for everyday wear. I spray once and I am set for a whole day's work. Its not like you are wearing flowers and its not like you bathed in fruit pulp. Though it has those notes. Its just Versace I'd say. 5 rating from me. Collected through an in-person interaction with customer.
