i purchased for my parents at my home town, not used much but whatever time we used it was good , heating was fast only we got issue with installation as we did it our-self with help of local electrician... product is fine.

i purchased this first time online. however i am using same item in another bathroom since two years. 03 more were purchased by my relations. all are working fine. it looks elegant in the bathroom. the finest thing about this product is its insulation it can keep water in hot condition for hours. its current consumption is less due to this feature. i like this product over similar other brand products. i suggest my friends and relations to go for the product for their need.
