i've buy this product because there is free weight scale with this steam, but after buying i don't know how to use this iron because it is tricky to use it in steam mode. there is no document available with full discription that contain how to use this iron even on their website, so i am cutting 2 star for poor customer support. overall product is nice but support is not nice.
