I bought it for my nephew thinking that he would enjoy playing games on bigger screen than Micromax canvas but unfortunately the games that he was able to play on mobile could not be installed on tablet like NFS. secondly its screen resolution and picture quality is very bad

When I got the product delivered, the tab froze on the shutting down screen when I inserted my 8GB micro SD card. I called customer service and they mentioned that I was covered under some money back guarantee. However I researched and found out the tiny reset hole on the top may fix it. Tried and it worked. So far no more problems with the tab. Good deal at the given price. 4 rating is given only for the fact that battery drains out real fast then expected although it being a 4000 mAh. Overall happy with the product
