Background: Get set for a Historical action and adventure with Assassin's Creed III: Liberation. The game is an open world stealth video game developed and published by Ubisoft. Set between 1765 and 1777 around the end of the French and Indian War (18th century New Orleans) the video game features Aveline de Grandpre, a female African-French Assassin, primarily the first female protagonist of the series.Synopsis & Feautures: Following France's defeat the Spanish government was to take control of New Orleans city and the citizens were not happy with the transition. Meanwhile the French governor Jean-Jacques Blaise d'Abbadie (1765) negotiated with Templar Rafael Joaquín de Ferrer to stay as governor of New Orleans. Assassin Aveline de Grandpre uncovered this plot, infiltrated the governor's mansion and assassinated him. With the peace and calm of New Orleans city disturbed, the bitter sound of war and explosive cannons have woken up the city. People dying in the streets, hunger and destruction in every nook and corner, can the city prevail, can it fight back? Player can take on the role of Aveline de Grandpre, shoulder responsibility in stopping a war that is destroying the city. The game features extensive travel through crowded parts of the city, protagonist can hunt down villains hidden in the vilest of swamps and help the poor. In this, the gameplay mechanics is changed with the introduction of new weapons and fight moves. With the single-player mode player can play as three distinct characters in the game (Aveline as a damsel in distress, steal secrets from the rich by acting as a slave or kill when necessary by being an assassin).USP: The game also has a slew of new weapons, probably the best additions to the game (machete, a poison-dart blowpipe, duelling pistols and many more). With few tricks up her sleeve Aveline can flirt with enemies, lure them into dark alleys and finish them off silently, she can even create riots and distract enemies to sneak into forbidden territories. Remember that any decision you take will have an overall effect on the game which is an interesting element of the game. For example: Failing to kill an important target, the guards surrounding him will be more alert; get caught while pickpocketing and you will be fighting for your life in the next second.
