Heating Element
This electric room heater operates by using Nichrome resistance coils as a source of heat. When electricity flows through these coils, they generate heat which is given off to the surroundings and creates a warming effect.
Blowing Fan
Unlike the regular convection heating systems, this fan heater uses a blowing fan to discharge a large mass or air over its resistance heating coils. The flow of air creates forced convection facilitating faster exchange of heat between the cold air of the room and the heating coils. This way, the fan speeds up the room heating.
Preset Thermal Cut-Out
The Bajaj Room Heater features a temperature control knob that operates a thermostat which can be adjusted to cut off power to the heating element once a desired temperature is reached. This also acts as a safety feature preventing it from overheating.
