Synopsis
The present book contains solved papers of GATE Electronics and Communication Engineering of last sixteen years (2000-2015). Solved papers of last four years (2012 -15) are given at the beginning in order to familiarise the students with the current trend of questions asked in the GATE examination. At the start of the book, a brief description of the syllabus is also given, allowing the students to know the topics covered in each chapter, beforehand. The book is divided in ten chapters, Networks, Engineering Mathematics, Analog Circuits, Digital Circuits, Electronic Devices, Control Systems, Signals & Systems, Communications, General Aptitude and Electromagnetism. Previous year questions are divided into 1 mark and 2 marks questions that are given chapterwise and the book also includes three mock tests for analysing the level of preparation of the candidates.
