About the Author
S. P. Gupta is a Civil Engineering graduate. He has also completed his Master Degree in Structural Engineering. Thereafter, he got his Doctoral Degree from the University of Rajasthan in the year 1985. Possessing a lot of experience in academics, Dr. Gupta has also published over 25 research works. S. S. Gupta, on the other hand, possesses a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Rajasthan. Having completed his education, he also qualified the Indian Engineering Service Examination. He started his career with CPWD.
