Special Edition: Christmas Catastrophe by Elisabetta Dami features the mystery-solving abilities of Geronimo Stilton, and the adventures that lead him to uncover the clues.
Summary Of The Book
A mouse named Geronimo Stilton is the protagonist of Dami's Special Edition: Christmas Catastrophe. Geronimo is an editor and journalist of the fictional newspaper, The Rodent's Gazette. He is a mild-mannered and nervous mouse, who is frequently led into adventurous antics by his relatives who include, Trap, his cousin, his sister Thea, and his nephew Benjamin.
In Special Edition: Christmas Catastrophe, Geronimo's nephew Benjamin pleads with him to go skiing. Geronimo cannot say no for long and offers to take his nephew. The moment he changes his mind, a bunch of their friends and relatives decide to join in the fun and go skiing with the duo. Before Geronimo knows it, he is stuck paying for the hotel, including the cost of meals and transportation at Frozen Fur Peak, the ski hotel where Geronimo and the gang are staying. Things begin to unravel some more when someone knocks Geronimo down on the ski slope. Both skiers roll uncontrollably down the hill and crash land into a boulder. Geronimo wakes up in a hospital, where he learns that all his bones are broken and requires surgery. Geronimo is upset at having to spend so much time in the hospital.
Special Edition: Christmas Catastrophe contains jokes, recipes, games, fun hospital information, and skiing rules.
