Synopsis
In the book Goosebumps : Piano Lessons Can Be Murder, Jerry along with his parents has recently shifted into a fresh house, where jerry comes across a grimy aged piano inside the loft. He can hear the piano play at night and also confronts a ghostly lady playing, whose face dissolves revealing skulls. His parents, seeing the interest of Jerry in the Piano, offer to reimburse for piano lessons. However, something is rather eerie about Dr. Shreek, who is the Piano teacher of Jerry. Finally one day at the school, Jerry discovers that Dr. Shreek is simply a robot operated by Mr. Toggle. Mr. Toggle utilizes samples of human hands and by making use of PC technology, makes cut-off hands play striking music at the school. He also wants Jerry's hands but, Jerry is eventually saved by that old ghostly lady.
About the author
R.L. Stine was born in the year 1943 and launched his writing career with jokes and comical stories. It was only in 1986 that Blind Date, Stine's first horror narrative for youthful adults was published.
