Terms and Conditions for Hand Delivery (Perishable goods):

All orders received till 13th Feb before 1:30 pm will be delivered on 13th or 14th Feb 2013

Delivery will take place between 9:00 am & 7:00 pm

No orders will be accepted for Valentine's Day after 1:30 pm on 13th Feb 2013

These products can only be delivered in 140 cities in India

Please check the city of delivery before placing the order

Delivery will be attempted only ONCE

In the event, if the delivery is not done during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible

We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

Wrong shipping/delivery address

Recipient not available

Premises locked

Wrong phone/Mobile number or Extension number which may cause us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery

Recipient refusing to accept the delivery

Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighbour

If the recipient believes that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, he or she should refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care mentioning order/reference number

We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made at the earliest

No time commitment for the deliveries would be entertained. However, we will try our best to get the delivery done as per requested time
