The Extended Warranty Service cover starts immediately after the Manufacturer’s Warranty ends.

This Service Plan also Covers Accidental Damage Protection from Physical Drop, Liquid Spillage, Power Surges etc. for One Year.

The Plan can be only be purchased along with the product.
Covers all Brands and Models which are bought within in India with a valid purchase bill and are covered under manufacturer’s warranty through own or Authorized Service Centre in India
Upon purchase of this service plan, the service plan MUST be registered with us.
Please register your InfyShield Service pack within 3 days of receiving it. For registration, you will need to upload the product purchase invoice as well for validating product details. This is to insure that InfyShield Service plan suitable to the product has been purchased.
Services will be provided only after the product details and the service plan is registered with us. Unregistered service plans will not be supported by us in any condition.
In Accidental Damage cases the following shall apply:

Standard Service Order Charge of 10% of the Product Purchase Price shall apply on every claim request.
In case of the unit getting damaged beyond repair, full unit replacement shall be provided whose cost shall be limited to the product purchase price minus the depreciation @2% per month from the date of purchase or 10% of the Product Purchase Price whichever is higher.
The amount towards Service Order Charge will have to be paid at the time of registering the call with InfyShield Customer Support

Terms:

The Plan can be only be purchased along with the product.

Covers all Brands and Models which are bought within in India with a valid purchase bill and are covered under manufacturer’s warranty through own or Authorized Service Centre in India

Upon purchase of this service plan, the service plan MUST be registered with us.

Please register your InfyShield Service pack within 3 days of receiving it. For registration, you will need to upload the product purchase invoice as well for validating product details. This is to insure that InfyShield Service plan suitable to the product has been purchased.

Services will be provided only after the product details and the service plan is registered with us. Unregistered service plans will not be supported by us in any condition.

In Accidental Damage cases the following shall apply:

Standard Service Order Charge of 10% of the Product Purchase Price shall apply on every claim request.

In case of the unit getting damaged beyond repair, full unit replacement shall be provided whose cost shall be limited to the product purchase price minus the depreciation @2% per month from the date of purchase or 10% of the Product Purchase Price whichever is higher.

The amount towards Service Order Charge will have to be paid at the time of registering the call with InfyShield Customer Support

Does not cover Software, accessories and consumables etc.
