The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management across the globe. There are four levels of certification in ITIL namely Foundation, Intermediate, Expert and Master. Successfully passing the Foundation exam is mandatory before you can progress to other courses and is worth 2 credits.
