Synopsis
Kidnapped tells the story of seventeen year old orphan, David Balfour. Alexander Balfour, David's father has died recently and David has no one to look after him. He meets his guardian Mr.Campbell who informs him about his wealthy uncle Ebenezer Balfour. David sees forward to meet him but his hopes are turned around when he meets him. Ebenezer gives him a very cold welcome and is very disinterested in talking about his dead father. His uncle Ebenezer has the intention to kill his nephew and for that he tries things like sending him to the death trap set by him by sending him to the top floor to retrieve something. But he fails, so he plans with a captain of the covenant, a ship, to take away David. The uncle had paid the captain to trouble David and get rid of him, but even then manages to save himself especially when he meets Alan Breck. The duo faces many challenges and many adventures together. They even fight and doubt each other's loyalty but eventually learn that the only way to get out this situation with both of them safe is if they stick together. Thus learning many lessons and meeting people whom they could, David is finally able to get what he always deserved.
