The product which was supplied to me was a faulty one. Snap deal is having very bad customer relation and not responding to the customers' needs. I am having very bad expirience in this regard. I had placed order got a faulty one, Sent back following the procedures and now I neither have my money nor the product.Response from snap deal is very poor. Snap deal wants the product to be sent back to them within 24-48 hrs and they can take their own sweet time to send the refund or the replacement back.
Jacket should have been better, it is of cheap quality
