Great product. Very easy to use and very effective. Gives you relief from any kind of back pain, shoulders, neck, thighs, etc. highly recommended one for every household.

Great product for those who workout often and get muscle aches! Be aware that even at its lowest setting it does get hard to bear the heat after a while. What I do is put it on, let it lie until it get a bit too hot, and then switch it off, and repeat if need be. The controls are very comfortable and userfriendly and the cord is long enough. The cloth cover for the pad is removable so it can be washed after use.
