Amazing product for amazing price! Due to some reason I had to replace the product which gave me the chance to experience Snapdeal return policy ; snapdeal responded quite well. Thank you team Snapdeal :)

I have used another similar product and comparitively this was poor. The Iron does not fit easily & properly on the base and needs to be pressed firmly everytime you put the iron back on the base to make contact. This is irritating and a test of patience. The water inlet does not have a cover and water spills over while handling & ironing. The steam spray is also uneven and the buttons seems low on quality. The iron itself is very very light and has a slightly rough surface and rough edge which is not ideal for all clothes. The cord fits nicely in the base cover but the chord length is very small and will not work if your iron table is a bit away from the plug socket. Not as per expectations.......
