The Portronics speaker system has been developed with a high quality Lithium-Ion battery. This high power battery can play audio music for good 3-5 hours in one full charge. Comet is capable of optimizing the power for longer hours of entertainment. The rechargeable battery can easily be charged from any USB output source. Also, it has Auto power-off and intelligent power-saving design. As per this function, if the Bluetooth mode is switched-on and the device has not completed pairing within 10 minutes, the speaker will automatically turn off. If the device is in the FM mode or AUX-In mode and if kept on mute for 10 minutes, Comet will automatically stop the function to save power.
Portronics Comet Bluetooth speaker offers multiple connectivity options like Bluetooth, Aux-In cable, Micro SD card, FM and USB cable to connect an external audio device. You can easily pair Comet with a PC, iPod, smartphone, tablet and headphones to enjoy music at its best. Also, you can use it as mobile hands-free for communication.
USB sound card, card reader & charging functions can be achieved via the same USB in Comet speaker. It is capable of working as a card reader to play your chosen media file. To make it work, you simply need to connect the speaker to your computer and use it to download your music library on to the Micro SD card in the speaker. Moreover, the speaker has been designed to work as an extended speaker for your laptop. You are required to plug it into your laptops’ USB and it will function as a speaker through the PC-USB mode.
