Additional Cons:
1) Doesn't work that good with a Mac (Faced some file system and cache issues).
2) Difficult to set up initially.
3) It's not plug and play (You will need the installation CD).

Additional Pros:
1) Very reliable as we are not required to touch the disk.
2) I trust and have good experience with Seagate replacement warranty.
