The Audio quality of the Sony NWZ-B172 Network Walkman is brilliant and the tone quality is superb. The higher frequencies can be subdued either via the EQ presets or by pressing and holding the ZAP button to boost the bass, thereby greatly increases the lower level frequencies and adding a whole new dimension of depth to the existing bass level. The Sony NWZ-B172 Network Walkman supports MP3 and WMA formats and files can be dragged and dropped onto the drive and stored in folders or you can also create a playlist in Windows Media Player and transfer it to your walkman.
