1. Use the Allen key provided to loosen the screw on the shoe rack of the star wheel
2. Hold the end of the wheels with both hands and pull it to adjust to your shoe size
3. Place the shoes in it from the heel to measure
4. Tighten the screw after you have adjusted it to your size.
5. Place your feet into the star wheel and strap up to tighten the grip
Direction of play:
1. First, stand straight.
2. Take a step forward with your left leg.
3. Take a step forward with your right leg and land with wheel.
4. Step on the front leg (right) and then the back leg (left) slightly.
5. Step forward one step with right wheel to be the supporting point. Meanwhile, the left wheel must leave the ground and step forward on toes.
6. Relax your legs and step forward with wheels. The two legs should be in a straight line where one foot is in the front & the other is at the back.
They allow you to glide or walk at the same time.
