Directions :
For foot bath: Add a tablespoonful of bath salt to a bowl of warm water that covers you feet. Soak feet for 20 minutes, deeply inhaling the aroma. Rub feet gently with a soft muslin cloth. Take feet out of soak water. Rinse with plain warm water and pat dry. Massage in a foot oil or cream if feet are dry

Directions : To use, massage onto damp skin, concentrating on dry areas such as heels, toes and balls of your feet and hand .Rinse well with warm water and pat dry.

Directions : Gently massage in with upward strokes especially feet/hand, rough or dry areas and lower legs for about 10 mins. Wipe off with a hot towel
