Overview
The TP-Link TL-WDR3600 is a wireless dual-band gigabit router offering blazing fast speed.
With the TP-Link TL-WDR3600, you get 5GHz 300Mbps and 2.4GHz 300Mbps connections that can be used simultaneously, giving a total bandwidth of 600Mbps. The two versatile USB 2.0 ports allow sharing of files, media, and printers remotely via an FTP server, and even locally with networked devices. With the Guest Network Access, guests sharing your office/home network get secure Wi-Fi access.
Ports and Buttons
There is one WAN Port and four LAN Ports, both with a 10/100/1000Mbps speed. Additionally, using the two multi-functional USB 2.0 ports, you can share files, printers, media, etc. throughout the entire network with several computers, and even remotely using the router’s FTP server functions.
There is a WPS/Reset button, and on/off switch for power and wireless.

Wireless Features
The device gives you a wireless frequency of 2.4GHz up to 300Mbps and 5GHz up to 300Mbps (simultaneous data transmission). For regular applications like web browsing, email, etc. you can use the 2.4GHz band at 300Mbps, whereas for bandwidth-intensive apps like online games, HD video streaming, video conferencing/calls, etc. you can use the powerful 5GHz band at 300Mbps, both at the same time.
The TP-Link TL-WDR3600 has wireless functions like Enable/Disable Wireless Radio, Wireless Statistics, WMM, and WDS Bridge. Its wireless standards are IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n.
You also get wireless security with 64/128-bit WEP, WPA/2, WPA/2-PSK encryption.
