Design and Technical Features
The Yamaha YSP-2200 soundbar features a sleek aluminium cabinet which is height adjustable and minimizes vibrations. The feet of the soundbar are removable as well, so it can lie flat on your table top. The soundbar has 16 small speakers that are lined along the front and a built-in 132 watt amplifier. The interface also includes an LCD panel. It has multiple HDMI ports which make it convenient to connect to televisions and other devices without having to switch inputs. The central component, the subwoofer is designed with a dip switch to be either wall or desk mountable for convenient placement. It can be placed either vertically or horizontally. It also comes with an IR remote control.
AUX and HDMI ports
The Yamaha YSP-2200 soundbar is equipped with several connectivity features. It has the standard 3.5 mm AUX input port and an HDMI cable to connect to external devices. It has three HDMI ports and is also equipped with an ARC, or Audio Return Channel, an HDMI feature which uses only a single HDMI cable to transfer audio from a TV to the soundbar. It also has two digital optical inputs as well as analog stereo input.
