Worst customer service

I can say its a worst experience in online shopping ever. I ordered something and i received something. Really worst management.
I ordered "Zion
Alluring Red & Black Optical Frame" but i received "Zion Modish Red & Black Rectangular Optical Frame". And moreover i raised a ticket(1641623), still there is no proper response from the support team. There is no customer satisfaction.

It looks very cheap!!! We get a lot better ones in with local optician.
It feels like one of those glasses bought form a local fair.
Sticks to the eyes,not very comfortable.
Just not worth the money :(
