Maintenance Tips for Your Aquamatic :- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and installation in damp area. Make sure that the temperature of the water entering the purifier is within 10° - 40°C. In case purifier is not used from more than 2 days, switch off the power supply and drain the storage tank. To keep storage tank clean, drain it every 15 days. Make sure the reject water drain pipe is not placed above the water purifier. Do not attempt to service/repair purifier on your own. Always call a professional service technician. Ensure that replacement of consumable cartridges are done by trained service Technician every 12 Months. Do not place heavy object on top of purifier. Product Installation: Shall be provided by our Service Specialist within 48 hrs after receiving the Installation Request from our Customer Service (Customer Service No - 8448809848 ). An amount of Rs 200/ - shall be charged for installing the product. Installations shall be provided along entire NCR ( Delhi , Noida , Ghaziabad , Faridabad & Gurgaon ).
