How to use (When using this pain plaster)
1. Clean and dry affected area.
2. Remove the plastic backing from one side of the patch.
3. Smooth that side over the area where you want pain relief.
4. As you remove the other half of the plastic backing, smooth the remainder of the patch over the pain area.
5. Only use one patch to the affected area, the patch can last up to 8-12 hours, so remove from the skin after 8-12 hours' application.
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
1. Rash,ache or excessive skin irritation occurs.
2. Conditions worsen.
3. Symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occour again within a few days.
