Madhukar Kumar Bhagat is an officer of the 1995 batch of the Indian Revenue Services (I.R.S.). In the interview (personality test) conducted by the UPSE, he scored 246 out of 300 (82%) marks. In 1998 he was awarded the Finance Minister’s gold medal for the best probationary officer in the 50th batch of the I.R.S.
He is the author of two books by Tata McGraw-Hill. He contributes to the best-selling General Studies, Paper II. The other book he has with us is CSAT – How to Excel.
