I am using SITI Cable Internet Connection using D-Link N-150 WiFi Router. Can I use it directly to ex-tain my wireless network ?

No. I presume that u are using D-Link DSL-2730U Wireless N150 ADSL2 4 Port Router. And ur connection is DSL line which is connected to this router via a RJ11 cable. So you can`t replace this modem by buying a new DIR-505. But u can buy it to use it as a repeater for ur wifi router i.e. to increase the range of ur previous router.
