The Diamond D1000.1 mono sub amplifier sends up to 1100 watts RMS of clean, pure musical power to your subwoofer, with no audible colouration or distortion. This mono powerhouse loves a 1-ohm load, so it will work well in a wide variety of sub systems. The D1000.1 can be strapped with a second D1000.1 to achieve a respectable 2200 watts RMS at 2 ohms. The focussed mass heatsink draws heat away efficiently by attaching 75% of its mass directly to the components that create the most heat. The amplifier's output transistors also mount to the heatsink using a special system that provides better heat flow than commonly used clips. The D1000.1 features variable low-pass and subsonic filters, a bass boost, and a phase switch so you can focus all that power to make your sub system sound its best. A pair of preamp outputs makes it easier to add more amplifiers when you want, without having to run a new RCA cable to the receiver. The D1000.1 comes with a remote level controller, so you can adjust the amount of bass on each song from the front seat.
