6 Stage Purification Technology
Water purification in the Eureka Forbes Aquaguard water purifier begins at the sediment filter which strains macro impurities, mud and turbidity in the inlet water. A carbon filter in the second stage acts as a scrubber for chlorine, organic compounds and other chemicals that cause foul taste and odour. The reverse osmosis in the third stage take away all the excess TDS and heavy metals to make the water fit for drinking. A parallel circuit to the RO filter takes some water through the Ultrafiltration cartridge to strain the microbes from it so this water can be used to enhance the output water’s taste and mineral content. Finally, an ultraviolet cartridge kills all the left out microbes with powerful UV rays before giving out purified water.

Advanced Alert System
The Eureka Forbes Aquaguard RO water purifier features AEWACS warning system that alerts the user when any of the cartridges needs to be replaced. The system also warns the user to when the purification maintenance needs to be done for efficient performance.

LED Display
An LED display acts as an indicator to assist you with the operation of the purifier. It also allows you to set the mineral levels to desired quantities and show alerts about the health of the purifier.

Purification Capacity
The purifier can purify water at a rate of 15 litres an hour and features a tank with a 7 litre capacity. With this output, it provides pure water all day.
Smart Sensing
The Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Geneus ROUVUF Water Purifier can sense the TDS levels in the water and decide to use or not to use the reverse osmosis step thereby saving power and life of the cartridge.
