The product provides customer with login credentials for a dedicated customer portal www.mygizmohelp.com wherein customer can get support and product definition. The customer can login to cloud backup through the portal.
Disclaimer:
• Activation timeline: 10 Days from date of purchase of device
• The device protection plan is non-transferable. Customer is requested to purchase the insurance with the same name mentioned on the Invoice of the Laptop.
• In case the customer fails to activate the insurance or is not eligible to activate the insurance, he/she can avail a refund till 7 days from the date of delivery of the insurance.
• No refund request will be entertained at the time of claims if the insurance is not activated.
• A product once activated will not be eligible for refund.
