The product doesnt look so appealing. The finish is not so good, it looks like some china made product. It took me sometime to connect it to the mobile, but after connecting the sound clarity was good. Its an ok product for the amount.

Good product. Audio output is awesome. But it is a bit uncomfortable while wearing and you cant listen to music while sleeping. Range is good. Overall satisfied with this product.

This headphone has very good sound quality , loved it. Bluetooth connectivity is also very good with Mobiles. While Connecting with your Laptops or desktops you need to make sure that your laptop or desktops are haiving latest bluetooth hardware (V2.1 + EDR or more). Generally the computers now a days are still coming with bluetooth support of version V2.0. Cannot blame iBall for that. For windows you need both Bluetooth hardware of version 2.1 or later and windows 8 or later.
