How to Insert a Menstrual Cup.
1. Before inserting a menstrual cup, make sure to clean your hands with warm soapy water. 2. Fold the menstrual cup so that the wide opening of the menstrual cup is made smaller for insertion.
3. In a comfortable position (while standing or squatting), gently insert the cup into your vagina.
