Description

Brief Description

Kiko is a humble ocean wave who has big dreams of finding his surfer, but is afraid to venture beyond the safety of the shore. The annual surf contest is his chance to prove himself. Will Kiko muster the courage to form the perfect tube and carry his own surfer?

Learn More about the Book

The biggest surf contest of the year is taking place today. How is it that a surfer finds the perfect wave? Or is it the wave that chooses their surfer? On this day we meet the players: Big Wave Brody, a practiced and mighty wave and Kiko, a sensitive, unpolished wave looking for the courage to carry a surfer the distance to the shore. Throw into the mix a cranky show off called Milu and you'll see characters come alive in the form of water in motion.
