If you are not able to click the picture even after attaching the wire then follow these steps:
- Open the camera and click the gear shaped icon (camera settings).
- Click on the Volume Key/Zoom key to enter the next layer in the options menu.
- Mark the volume key or Zoom key as the camera key. (it should take the picture when you press volume key).
If you are unable to do it then you should install "CAMERA 360" App for assistance with this selfie stick.
This Selfie Stick clicks the volume key of your phone so please check if the volume up key click your picture or not while the camera is on. If it is zooming then you should change your camera setting to click picture when volume key is pressed. If you are unable to make this change then don't buy this Selfie Stick as it will not be compatible with your phone.
