 The pedometer in the i-pod is basically in the "fitness" icon on the screen, when you click it, you get two options "walk" or "run"; when you click on either it starts counting your steps/ sprints and calculates the distance and the calorie loss. It remembers all the jogs/walks you have taken in a month and gives you the calories lost/ distance traversed and goals etc. It makes exercise fun.!
