Ready to use powder for polishing and restoration marble floor. Just mix with water and make it like a cream.
For polishing marble, use with 3m red polishing floor pads after 3000-12000 diamond pads.
Creates a high reflective finish as seen on polished marble tiles and slabs.
APPLICATION:
All type of Indian Marbles ( Indian Pink, Green, White, Grey. Black, Katni etc.)
Italian Marbles, Artificial Marbles, Turkish Marbles, Egyptian, Terrazo, Travertine, Tiles Etc.
DIRECTIONS:
• Use 2.5 - 3 hp single disc machine with min. 175 RPM with weighing min. 65 KGS.
• For polishing marble, use with 3m red polishing floor pads after 5000 no diamond pads. Strictly, Do not use THREAD PADS OR MOTI GADDI WALE PADS. This will reduce your polish.
• Dosages /Dilution: Make the solution with 3-4 spoon of powder in 100 ml of water on 6 sq ft area. Slowly add the water to the powder and shake the mixture to homogeneous thick slurry. Since, buffing will produce heat and evaporate water. Add more water if required while polishing.
• Buff the area with 2 mins/sq ft. Vacuum or wipe off rest of the slurry. Wash with water and clean the floor. It will create a high reflective finish as seen on polished marble tiles and slabs.
• Add 1 Spoon of Powder in 50 ml of water. Buff until it gets dry. Keep buffing until complete powder is removed. Wash the floor thoroughly.
• Use spent slurry on next Area for Polishing
