Stholyantak churna helps to maintain healthy body weight. It is made using the blend of mustak, chirbilva, balbach, babool, ashok, triphala, arjuna, jamun, vidang, chitrak, kalmegh, dalchini and sonth. Dosage : 1 tablespoonful twice daily, after meals with plain water or can be taken along with apple juice or flavourved Aloe vera juice or Kumari Saar. The powder can be mixed with about 20-30 ml water also.
