The subjects are arranged alphabetically for the convenience of reference; and by the practitioner keeping the text cm co'urant with contemporaneous authorities, by making a note of any new Act of Parliament passed or decision found, the work may prove a useful compendium Of those subjects on which an appeal may be made to a Court of Quarter Sessions.
