can I use this subwoofer with Sony xm-gs100 amplifier. please note I already using jbl gtx-1200t subwoofer. now want to add this as well.

No it will blow the sub, because the sub rated rms is 150 watt at 4ohm, where the amplifier that you mentioned is rated at 330 watts rms at 4ohm, Better to go for a 2 channel amplifer and bridge the amp and use the subwoofer.
