THIS ITEM IS MISLEADINGLY ADVERTISED BY SNAPDEAL. IT DOES NOT SAY IT IS MANUAL AND REQUIRES FEEDING OF WATER CONSTANTLY TO MAKE IT WORK.I HAVE BEEN A SNAPDEAL CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TIME AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE REQUESTED FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND AND THEY ARE NOT DOING IT. I AM VERY HARASSED. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SNAPDEAL.

On product The plastic quality is very bad, Sometime water starts falling in the floor. Packed box didn't had 4 wheels. from fan some sound comes, that means no QC in Symphony. Cooling is ok. To Snapdeal I am giving 5 star, deliver on time.

Working well.. cooling is very nice... cooler is smaller than its apperance in image given.. only drawback, is water starts overflowing without any warning.. it would b better if water tank indication would also be at rear end so that v could stop as soon as indication shows full before it starts overflowin in room.. hwever with few days of use, v ll gt an idea so as hw much to fill.. overall nice buy .. go for it.
