Description

The Tenda N300 Wireless Advanced Router W303R delivers up to 14x faster speeds and 6x farther range than 802.11g and is seamlessly backward compatible with wireless 802.11g/b devices. This router uses MIMO technology to reduce dead spots and maximise the speed and range of your wireless signal to significantly outperform previous-generation Wireless G devices. Just connect the W303R to a cable or DSL modem and it will provide high-speed Internet access to multiple computers, game consoles, and media players or create a secure wireless network to share photos, files, music, videos, printers, and more throughout the entire home or office.

In WISP Client mode, the device wirelessly connects to a WISP (wireless Internet Service Provider) AP and acts as a router for clients on the LAN, to allow the clients to still access the Internet even it is using wireless technology. WEP, WPA and WPA2 standards ensure that you will be able to use the best possible encryption, regardless of your client devices. The Access Control based on MAC addresses of wireless adapters further ascertains that wireless network access is granted to only desired clients while others will be denied.

With the Intelligent Bandwidth Control feature, the device prioritises optimal bandwidth down to a specific computer or device based on IP address. So, bandwidth-intensive tasks such as voice, video and data transmission can be conducted simultaneously without lag. It allows optimum utilisation of bandwidth and offering bandwidth control over congestion, preventing bandwidth abuse and non-critical applications from degrading network performance. In this way, users of a small network receive committed and specific bandwidth.
