i have bsnl broadband modem, can i link this wireless router with the modem to get wifi

No it does not work on BSNL phone line. It does not have line in jack for 2 point. . It has CAT5/RJ45 WAN port, used by cable, e.g.Fibre Optic based ISP etc.

Literally you can! Connecting this router with on of the LAN ports on your current modem will get you a WiFi signal with internet access (plus 4 Ethernet ports). Going for a DSL Router with WiFi (instead of a wireless N router) will let you connect directly to BSNL's (RJ-11) line. You could simply get rid of your current modem, if you plan to buy a DSL Router. I would recommend TP-Link's TD-W8961ND in that case.

yes you can use any wireless router ... but donot use wireless router with modem , as you have to configure it ...
