It does not recognize easily the 3g data cards. After trying with the help of tp link support also i could not do it. It is better to go and check the tplink india website before buying.

once the firmware was updated, i now can use my Reliance netconnet 3G dongle with out any issue.

First on, I have never given any review for any product bought online. But for this one, I just felt the need to do it. Its been 3 days since I am using this Wireless N Router to connect to the internet and I must say it works cool. Even as I type this review, I am connected to the internet using TL-MR3040 wirelessly. I am using it with my Reliance Netconnect+ dongle and everything was smooth from the word go. Now I can connect my laptop, smartphone or tablet to the same network which makes it unneccessary to have costly data plans for each device seperately. I am not giving any review of the battery life because it is only 3 days old and I feel it is premature to comment anything on the battery just yet. But apart from that, the thing does just what it is made for. It makes life easy!! If you are using internet in your house using multiple devices, this is a must have. Check the compatibility list on the TP-Link website and if your dongle is compatible with the device, then this is a must have.

The device setup is easy but at the same time, has a lot of options for such a small device. The battery is definitely a huge advantage. The Wi-Fi range is very good.
