Pillow was very hard initally, getting used to it took 2 weeks, yet I continued to use it and now I cleraly see the difference. Sleeping on the back or side is mandatory, Sleeping on the stomach increases pain. After 18 months neck pain due to Cervical spasm, I found this to help me in recovery along with medication.

I had purchased this below and regreted it. The pillow was made of hard foam. It aggrevated my neck pain. Dont purchase it.

Its a nice product which is easy to use. Pain relief. I bought this product for my sister who have trouble from both shoulder & neck pain. Using this pillow for a week, the pain was reduced simultaneously. Even medicines & treatments never gave solution but this product did. She is happy now. She liked to use this pillow regular in her life.

This is a good product for neck & back support. This is effective for daily use and for a good sleep. I would recommend this product for those patients who has neck pain.
