When I received the product, the package looked good. First few days it seemed very unconfortable but, after using for a couple of weeks, I could see the difference. Have releif from neck pain and also got adjusted with the pillow so, it no longer feels uncomfortable. I would suggest people, never to right a review in a hurry specially for the products that would show the result with time. I'm satisfied with the product and snapdeal.

It is hard to use. The neck portion is hard. so it aggravates the neck pain.The contour is ok. If the neck portion is soft it is good for use.

works perfect ideal for bed redden patient also if they unable to move there head ear gets bedsores with this product prevent this issue perfectly.

The product is not as comfortable as t looks. One can only sleep in the normal position as the product picture shows. I guess it might become better on regular usage. The first few days the pain keeps increasing in the morning. But once I get out of the bed I feel fine and the pain moves away. Better consult the physician before buying the product.

The most useless cervical pillow. Complete waste of money. This pillow is made of cheap quality foam. The ones used for cheap mattresses. The pillow is so hard it gave me a hell of time at night. It looks attractive for the price but is a really cheap product. Will do more harm than good.
